Definition
IESE Business School is the graduate business school of the University of Navarra. Founded in 1958 in Barcelona, where its headquarters are located and all of its top management programs have been developed, in 1963 allied with Harvard University and launched the first two-year MBA program in Europe under the guidance of the Harvard Business School. The first Executive Education Programs started in Madrid at 1974.

IESE stands for “Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa” in Spanish, or “Institute of Higher Business Studies” in English.
Explaining ‘IESE Business School’
IESE was founded in 1958 and introduced its MBA program in 1964. It has since undertaken joint ventures with several key schools of business in the U.S. to offer customized curriculums. This institution ultimately operates under the umbrella of the Catholic Church.
